Did some repair work which 2 years later needs to be redone do to recurrent/persistent leak. Used subcontractors who failed to show repeatedly. The owner eventually sent someone out after many missed appointments.

I have a service agreement with them and pay yearly for the service. If something comes up and the cost turns out to be more than the service agreement then I do not have to pay more. They are punctual and call to let me know that I am on the schedule.

My sister has been ill and I was staying with her and noticed her air conditioner (only about 2 years old) was making a funny noise and the house wasn't cooling down as it should. I checked Angie's List and called this company. A very nice and efficient technician by the name of Brian came out quickly. He made some adjustments and the unit is no longer making noise and everything so far appears fine. My sister's home is new and Brian was very courteous and respectful and put on booties so not to dirty her carpets. We appreciated that.

Very well. They came out, looked at the problem, let me know how much it would cost, and fixed it.

It was late in the day by the time they isolated the problem but were back at 7:30 AM the next day with a new unit and installed before noon so my wife could get a good night's sleep. My surgery was enough to put her at wits end and it was nice that we could call on Max, get an honest assessment and great service.

I am happy with the work and the fact that it is no longer leaking, but I was very unhappy with their punctuality. They were not very timely, but the work was excellent. I would use them again based on the work that they did.

They had been out another time to work on my A/C unit so when it went out I called them back. This was covered under the price I paid the last time. They were able to replace the part they had last put in and everything was just fine.

Then installed a new Lennox furnace. The did a fantastic job on the installation as well as the servicing of the units on the service plan I bought. Everyone I have worked with there was very competent and knowledgeable. I have not had a problem with them, or the units so I will definitely continue to use them. I have already recommend them to neighbors who have recommend to others.

They are an excellent Co. If you call one day they usually have a repair man to your house the next day, even if it is the dead of summer and they are swamped. They explain everything they do and are very helpful on explaining how to save money with the air conditioner.

VERY QUICK & EFFICIENT. WONDERFUL ATTITUDE OF SERVICE & CONSIDERING THE EARLY MORNING VISIT ON A WEEKEND, A VERY REASONABLE COST. THEY HAD TO ORDER THE PART AND COME BACK A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER, BUT THEY FIXED IT FOR MANUAL RELAY UNTIL THEY COULD COME BACK.
