Since 1971, Bruno Morelli, Morelli Concrete, LLC, has been a family owned business that proudly serves the North Hills of Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding areas. Pete, my son, has also been working with the business since his teens and is getting prepared for his eventual take-over of our business. We always stand behind our work, because we are experienced not only to do the job, but to do the job right. For most of our jobs, depending on the size, we DO NOT require a down payment. We can do this because we know that when we are finished our customers are completely satisfied with the job.
Standard concrete, stamped & colored concrete, exposed aggregate finish, specialty concrete, driveways, sidewalks, patios, steps, versalok retaining walls, basements, garage floors, swimming pool surrounds.
WE DO NOT REPAIR CONCRETE CRACKS ETC.

"In response to this review, the height of the wall was agreed upon before starting to build the wall. The yard was landscaped after we completed our work. The landscaper left soil higher than the yard, which caused the water issues. As far as the caps on the wall are concerned, they are split with a machine and scratches are normal. Any chips out of the ordinary are replaced but not any ones with scratches. The concrete pad received a hairline fracture where the hot tub was placed. We stand behind our work and are willing to fix any cracks. As for the additional concrete poured around the slide, the project was completed, and the homeowner liked it and paid in full. Afterwards, he stated that he wanted 2 more feet of concrete. One of our employees went out on the side and poured the additional concrete free of charge. Payment was never requested for the additional concrete that the homeowner is upset about."

"We were sorry to read the above report criticizing our company when we feel we went out of our way to answer all of [Member Name Removed] emails to us. I do have to admit though, it was expected. In response to the wrong name on the contract, a letter "V" instead of the "B" was used due to misunderstanding the name on the telephone when they made initial contact. We honestly do not know what more we could have done to satisfy [Member Name Removed]. We attempted to answer all of her 26 emails in the little over a months time period that we had sent the contract. Unfortunately our line of work does not permit us to give an absolute date when we will be able to do someone's work. When it rains, it doesn't just throw that one job back a day - it throws everyone after them back also. We did tell [Member Name Removed] we would do their job the last week in September - THIS week and would have had it finished. Unfortunately last Friday, 9/[Member Information Removed], we received another email telling us she wished to cancel the contract she had with us. When she wrote back again on Tuesday morning asking when we would be starting again, we decided we would not be able to work for her. We do not collect any monies before we do our work and with all the problems that she seemed to constantly have with us being so unprofessional, we just felt it was in our best interest to walk away from her job."
"Thank you for the great review!"
