The name of the vet is Katti Strahsmeier-Stoller and she runs the practice independently, so it’s not a part of any chain.  Everything about her is excellent.  She is very devoted and gives personal attention.

Their service and attentiveness was so good that I have switched veterinarian services to this practice. The doctor is so helpful and knowledgeable. The staff is wonderful and makes you and your pet feel very much at home. These are not things that are always evident at other vets offices. I look forward to working with them from now on.

I took my cat there for the first
time last week. They were able to get Willie in there the day that i
called. The doctor and staff and very polite they don't sucker you into
things and they are there to treat the issue. Anyways Willie had and ear
infection and was put on antibiotics. I had to take him in again
yesterday for a follow up and they kept him on antibiotics for another
10 days. But he was much better the doctor said and should be fully
healthy soon. Comparing them to other vets i have gone to. Belacoop is
by far the best. The doctors and the staff care about the pets and are very reasonable.
So if you live in Gibsonia or close by or even far away i
think this place will around for quite awhile! Next up the dog Sophie!

Dr. Stoller has just recently fulfilled her dream of opening her own animal clinic/hospital. Although it's a bit of a drive for me (1/2 hour), knowing how comfortable my pets and I all are when they're in her excellent care, I had her see both of my little charges just a week after her new facility (absolute state-of-the-art!) opened. Dr. Stoller and her wonderful staff opened their arms wide to me and my cats. Diagnosis of a skin condition was confirmed and addressed on one. Through blood work done right in the facility, Dr. Stoller was able to diagnosis a liver problem with the other and recommend treatment. A follow-up appointment was just performed this weekend and my cat has shown immense improvement. The touching part is that Dr. Stoller was sincerely as excited with the results as I was! She is caring, kind, patient (I don't think anyone could possibly call with as many questions as I do!), knowledgeable, experienced...everything one could possibly want in a doctor - especially an animal doctor when you need to rely so much on their guidance. And I'm not the only one who feels this way. When visiting the facility, I've seen and spoken with numerous "pet parents" who think the world of Dr. Stoller and have followed her to her new clinic/hospital from other locations. One couple with whom I've spoken have driven up to an hour and a half to have Dr. Stoller care for their labs. And, just as importantly, Dr. Stoller has surrounded herself with a very caring and extremely competent staff to assist in providing the care that you'd want for your pet.
Dr. Stoller and her staff have thought of everything when it comes to the care of your pet. Even little things like a "welcome" sign with your pet's name and picture (taken during his/her first appointment) to greet you on the day of the appointment and a beautiful, comforting waiting area have been well planned and thought out.
I can't say that the fees are more or less than elsewhere - they're pretty much in line with what I've paid in the past. There was no sticker shock.
