Contractor is a perfectionist, he's very friendly, neat, and very easy to get in touch with. The only additional costs to the proposal were due to ideas I had during building. The problem I experienced with this contractor was the extreme length of time it took to complete the project. I strongly suggest having a completion date *in writing* on the signed proposal (with stipulations if the target date isn't met). Per the contractor ''If you want the best price the project will take longer, if you want the project done asap the price will be higher...'' I hadn't known that up front but I am pleased with the end result of his work.
