 + 2 moreContractor is a perfectionist, he's very friendly, neat, and very easy to get in touch with. The only additional costs to the proposal were due to ideas I had during building. The problem I experienced with this contractor was the extreme length of time it took to complete the project. I strongly suggest having a completion date *in writing* on the signed proposal (with stipulations if the target date isn't met). Per the contractor ''If you want the best price the project will take longer, if you want the project done asap the price will be higher...'' I hadn't known that up front but I am pleased with the end result of his work.
Description of Work: Built a 20x14 garage with a sunroom over the garage and small deck extending off of the sunroom. Completely finished the exterior and inside of each room. Additionally, he cut down 11 trees, replaced the front entrance door (with sidelights), finished two existing skylights in another room and replaced the interior door to the garage. No unexpected costs or additional costs were incurred from bid proposal. Contractor paid for any unexpected problems that he experienced.
