Owner Jim was straight forward in his dealings, lived up to all his timetables and delivered as promised. His workmanship is to be admired. He installed a new bathtub, tiled the surrounding walls and repaired my floor by replacing the aged grout. He even fixed my towel rack just because he noticed it was broken! My family already plans on using him for their home projects. I would definitely recommend him.

Even though this was a small project of replacing a small wall hung sink with a vanity case w/ sink, there were e few oddities of the existing install which Jim was able to correct and bring up to current materials with a clean professional look. This was my first experience with Home Advisor as I usually do most of my own work or have local tradedsmen that I routinely use, but this was for my older father who lives back home where I have lost track of any contacts in the area, so viewing the reviews was a real boost in being able to make a few choices of which contractor I might to contact. Within mintues of my work request I had several phone calls from contractors and was able to set up an apptiontment with Jim for the next day to look the porject over and give us a quote. Jim was prompt, accommodating, courteous, and professional. My father was happy with Jim and the work he completed and I was pleased with ease at which I was able to have this project finished.
