Galusha Tiles has transformed my 1950's "robin egg blue" bathroom tile into a contemporary work of art! My family especially enjoys the custom "showpiece" tiles that the owner, Charlie, designed, fired and glazed!! We hired GT back to tile our brick fireplace and add a backsplash to our kitchen. I highly recommend Galusha Tiles! ps Also very pet friendly : )

Charlie was wonderful to work with and provided outstanding customer service. He was easily accessible as I could reach him with questions via phone or e-mail. After having installed the tile, I noticed that there was a tile flaw, although was told by the manager later who sold the tile that it wasn't. It was a major issue in that the majority of the tile were imperfect to me. Charlie returned, on his own time, to blend out the tile with an epoxy. Luckily the tile is varigated so the imperfection isn't detectable. It is a rare occurence, but he was willing to resolve it after having been paid. He even came out later to sand it down.

SO GLAD I USED CHARLIE! HE NOT ONLY IS A MASTER OF HIS CRAFT WHO TAKES PRIDE IN HIS WORK, HE IS VERY HUMBLE AND A GOOD LISTENER. HE GIVES THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY WANT LESS THAN ESTIMATED TIME GIVEN! Charlie did a fantastic job in our kitchen. We did a ceramic tile countertop and floor. He was extremely professional and kept us informed on every aspect of the job. He is definitely an artist and made suggestions which we implemented and are very pleased with the results. He contacted us immediately following our inquiry and was on site with an estimate within several days. He began the job in a timely manner and stayed with us until completion (no jumping around from job to job). We would highly recommend Galusha Tile to anyone wanting a quality, professional job.

Charlie saved the day!!! He came in and had to pick up the mess that the previous contractor left. Our shower was tiled incorrectly. Charlie came in and worked MAGIC. He worked over the weekend to get our shower finished for us. He is professional, hardworking and I could not have asked for a more beautiful and custom bathroom. We actually asked him to stay and do the tile work on the floor and walls as well. I will use Charlie again in the future and would recommend him to anyone. I have so many compliments on my bathroom and I am so happy and lucky that I met him. Thanks Charlie!

We were happy to find Charlie through Service Magic. He is a delight to work with. He is a top of the line pro. Charlie was courteous and prompt from his initial response call through the completion of the job. He provided a contract and daily updates as he worked through the project. Charlie completed a restoration on the tile on our inground pool. It required great attention to detail and Charlie went above and beyond to ensure that it now looks like new! We highly recommend Charlie for any job he feels comfortable bidding on and plan to have him return to do additional restoration work in our home.
