Booked the project 2 weeks in advance. They arrived an hour late. Came unprepared without all the necessary tools. Lied to me and my husband about things the other spouse had said. Raised the original quote by $100.00. Caught them going through my husband's tool boxes. Used a bath towel hanging by the shower to wipe up soldering. Dropped hot solder on the floor and left it. Overall one of the worst contracting experiences we ever had. We would never recommend this plumber to anyone.

Great! Todd showed up on time, quickly assessed the situation and installed the new water heater quickly. He informed us that we needed an overflow tank, and installed that too at a reasonable price.

Within minutes Todd and Charlie had unclogged the drain, cleaned up, and checked to make sure everthing throughout the house was working as it should. Will absolutely call again!

Nussbaumer plumbing came four times over the course of over 2 weeks in order to repair a leaky shower. After the fourth visit, the leak is worse than ever. Not five minutes after they left I went to check on the shower and found it was still leaking. Now several hours later it is leaking worse than it ever leaked. On two of their previous visits, they replaced a valve in the shower which stopped the leaking briefly but the leak returned within a day or so. They also used parts each time which were not compatible with the shower handle as it is mounted loosely. Unless you like having a job done over and over again, find another plumber!

Todd and his crew did a great job. I had bought the toilet to install myself but did not have the time. I found Todd on Angie's list and gave them a call. They gave me a quote and did what they said they would. I would hire the again

Was very professional and everything got done quick

The first reschedule was our 'fault', and we agreed on 2 days later around 6-7 pm. At 6, I texted to see what time he was coming- to learn he was NOT coming, so scheduled it for a Sunday morning. My husband and I attended church at different times to be home- and when I texted to see what time he was coming, the response was 6:00 pm--after the game. He had to attend to an emergency on Sunday morning. Our biggest complaint is he never proactively contacted us to reschedule, each time we had to contact him.

Top notch affordable and fast work, he made the drains in this house built in 1910 work better than the drains of the house I live in that is only 3 years old! I would recommend Nussbaumer plumbing to anyone! Todd will get all my plumbing work always!
