Alex from Pyramid HVAC was outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable on our furnace type, he quickly identified the problem and provided options for resolving the issue, we selected the option of new furnace with installation. Alex was professional and efficient, while he was at our home we decided to also have him replaced a 12 yr old water heater, we are extremely pleased with the service as well. It was my honor to give my business to a skilled US Veteran.

Alex stopped out on short notice when my A/C stopped working. The system was over 30 years old and it was apparent a complete new system was needed. He installed the system without incident - was very neat, clean and respectful of my home. The new system has been installed for over a week and has been working great. I would highly recommend Pyramid HVAC for their quality work and reasonable prices.
