M&M Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

Bianchi Bros. misrepresented themselves as licensed Philadelphia plumbers. They provided a permit number (PP-2025-007636) that I verified was for a different property and contractor. When I pressed for valid permits, they gave me falsified documents. They also claimed to hold a Master Plumber license (PA0014060640), which does not appear in the City s L&I database. I stopped the work immediately. The sidewalk was dug up and work unfinished by the time the Bianchi Bros left. I have since hired a fully licensed company to complete the job legally.

Bianchi Brothers Mario and Mike came to my home on Thursday August 29th for the plumbing project. They took down the wall replaced the hot and cold pipes going to my basement to stop the leak they did complete that portion of the job then when they were putting the wall back together they Mario accidentally nailed a screw into one of the pipes causing damage he removed the screw but left the wall all taken apart and promised they would be back the next day to fix the wall and complete the job they did not return the next day and I have not be able to get in touch with them I've reached out to both Mike and Mario by way of text and phone call I have heard nothing I did pay them in full also I a prize them of this fact in the text my hot and cold water in my bathroom is reversed the hot is cold and the coldest hot in both my shower and my sink also in my toilet tank the water is really hot I am fearing that this extremely hot temperature water in my toilet tank is going to do damage to the pipes and Plumbing in the toilet tank.

These guys are amazing. They came out and fixed the problem, as well as an additional issue that popped up. They explained everything that was wrong, fixed the plumbing issue and the ceiling that had to be cut to find the plumbing issue as well, so no need to find a separate contractor. Will definitely be my go-to for my old house plumbing issues.

Bianchi Brothers are terrific! They were respectful, careful and helpful. They answered our questions and diagnosed the problem with our plumbing in our old row house right away. They also repaired the wall we had to open to get to the pipe! Fantastic work!
