We were happy with the recomendation he gave us

As I said, it was a very pleasant experience. When the company we purchased a washer from attempted to install the washer, they were unable to turn off the water to unhook the washer due to a failed valve. They put the washer in the garage and said they would return to install it when we had the valve replaced. As soon as they left, I called Scott Plumbing and left a message. They returned my call within a half an hour and came over within 15 minutes. He immediately replaced the valve. He was professional and friendly. Although I thought the cost a little on the high side, I would definitely consider using them again and recommend them.

I called on Monday morning and he was able to come out Tuesday morning. He arrived on schedule. The work was performed quickly and neatly.

They were fantastic. I spent $80 on the service. I have been using them for 20 years now. I would recommend them because they show up on time. They are reasonable, professional, courteous, and clean. They are just a good local family business. They do their job and they do it well. They follow up when they leave a message. They are a classic company; they are local and professional. They do a great job and maintain good community service. I will use them again in the future.

We called Robert Scott plumbing to come out and fix a basement leak, and he scheduled an appointment for the very next day. He came on time and fixed the leak and one more problem we'd had left over from before. Very quick, solid workmanship, and very friendly. As soon as he'd left, we found ANOTHER leak had just sprung up (presumably from turning the water off and on a few times due to the other problem). I called his number (which reaches his wife, who contacts him directly). He came back out to my house on the same day and wouldn't take any payment for the third repair! Excellent plumber. Just be prepared to spell your name a couple of times, his wife is a bit hard of hearing.

Service was perfect. They answered the phone, immediately scheduled an appointment. The plumber called when he said he would call, arrived on time, completed the work when he said it would be done. Matt was very friendly and professional. I will call them again whenever I need plumbing work.

Our experience with him has been really good and he is fairly priced. He is in the neighborhood and everyone uses him. His professionalism is great.

He really was great. He had to move the toilet aside to get into it. It took a while and it was kind of expensive, but he fixed it. It was just amazing, for the first time we have a bath tub that was working right. He was very professional and he really did a good job. The price was more than I thought, but what are you going to do.

They came out twice and fixed leaks. We were happy both times. They were punctual. They were very professional, and we were very happy.

Both times Dave Scott arrived promptly as scheduled, performed the work quickly, and cleaned up very well. One job was performed several months ago with no problems and the second a couple weeks ago, also without any problems.

Came early on the appointed day, and fixed the problem within five minutes. A little expensive, but I sure wasn't able to solve the problem.

Excellent. Great follow up to all phone calls. Showed up on time. Finished the work quickly and correctly. If you need a plumber - do yourself a favor - call Robert Scott Plumbing.

Dave was, as usual, highly responsive and fit us in to his morning appointments. He did all this for no charge saying he'd be back with a part (expansion joint) when it was convenient for us later this or next month now that the emergency situation was under control. I consider finding this one outstanding, polite plumbing and heating guy to be the very best pay off of my Angie's List membership! (though we have found some good folks in other categories as well.)

IN JULY, JUST 3 DAYS BEFORE OUR WEDDING IT WAS CLEAR WE HAD TO HAVE THE TOILETS IN OUR 2 BATHS FIXED ASAP. DAVE WAS BOOKED BUT WORKED WITH US TO GET IN AND TAKE A LOOK AT THE MOST URGENT STUFF WE NEEDED. HE SUGGESTED RETURNING FOR HEATING SYSTEM AND SINK TRAPS WORK ANOTHER TIME WHEN HE HAD TIME AND WE REALLY NEEDED YO SPEND THE MONEY ON IT (WHICH HE DID FOR US IN OCTOBER). NOT ONLY DID WE APPRECIATE HIS SQUEEZING US IN, AND THE GREAT PRICE (SINCE WE HAD PRICED THE TOILET KITS AND EVEN NEW TOILETS FOR POSSIBLE INSTALL OURSELVES WHEN WE BOUGHT THE HOUSE A FEW MONTHS EARLIER), BUT OUR HOUSEGUESTS WHO HAD BEEN THERE PREVIOUSLY WERE THRILLED!!

OUTSTANDING. DAVE IS EXCELLENT AND VERY RESPONSIVE. DID HAVE TO CALL HIM A SECOND TIME TO REMIND HIM WE NEEDED TO SET THE APPOINTMENT, BUT HE HAD WARNED US THAT IT WAS HIS BUSIEST TIME OF YEAR AS EVERYONE IS GETTING HEATING SYSTEMS DONE. HE IS FAIR ON PRICING, ARRIVES ON TIME, NOTES WHICH WORK CAN BE DONE VERSUS WHAT SHOULD BE DONE NOW AND I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED HIM TO NEIGHBORS.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY CALLS, AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT. HE WAS ABLE TO HOOK UP MY DRYER EVEN THOUGH THE DRYER WAS FURTHER THAN 4 FEET FROM MY NATURAL GAS VALVE. HE ALSO WAS ABLE TO RESCHEDULE WITH ME LAST MINUTE WHEN MY DRYER SHOWED UP LATE. HAVING A PLUMBER BE SO FLEXIBLE WAS A TREAT!

WE HAVE USED SCOTT PLUMBING FOR OVER 7 YEARS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE EXCELLENT WORK. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY.
