He arrived on time and gave us a very fair bid. We were impressed by the fact that he kept on top of every detail in the process - making frequent calls to let us know the tiles were in, that he picked them up, when he would arrive to install, etc. He did a beautiful job with a difficult tile and decorative pattern and we were very pleased with the end result. After he left, we discovered one of our outlets was not secured properly and we called him - he came the very next day to fix the problem. We would definitely use Ron again

Ron did a great job for us, we were really pleased with the work that he did. We felt like he was very honest with his estimate, and the amount of time it took him. His prices were good, and the final bill came in slightly lower than the estimate.
