1. Rick immediately came to the property and evaluated the cost of the damage and presented to us a detailed claim. His fees were very reasonable.
2. Rick then contacted the insurance adjuster and presented to him the claim. he negotiated with the insurance company and brought the insurance adjuster several times to the property. He is a true consumer advocate with patience and highest level of integrity.
3. After the insurance refused to pay, Rick advised us to go to umpire or referee to decide the case since this is the way it goes in Pennsylvania..
4. The referee awarded us 10 time (yes ten time what the insurance offered us initially .we are forever grateful to him for distinguished service, honesty and endless patience in very complicated case.
