It went very well - our only delay was due to the company that we ordered cabinets from - no fault of Pallotta. There were very meticulous - everything was cleaned up before leaving for the day.

My husband was the one to communicate wiht the contractor, and most of it was done over the phone.

Ken Pallotta removed a ceiling fan with light fixture. He closed up the hole and repaired the ceiling. Ken installed pendent lights over our kitchen island. also, he installed pot lights in various locations throughout our kitchen. He installed the light switches to control the new lighting. He was very meticulous and he did a great job. Ken Pallotta is a very skilled professional and I would highly recommend him.

It was a fabulous experience. We were able to share visions. I would suggest something and he would suggest something and we would work extremely well together. He was very conscious about my budget. It was high quality and he was dependable. There was a light that went bad months later and he came back and replaced it and not just the one but all of the lights because he was scared that if one went then all could go bad. He is a very honorable man. He is not the first person I would call when I need help but he is the only person I would call.

He is fabulous for carpentry and installing doors and windows. He came in under budget, on time. I have a little cubby in the kitchen and he did a great job of remodeling that. He installed all new flooring, lighting and cabinets. He did it beautifully and inexpensively. I will use him again in the future.
