Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
Since that time I have attempted to reach him by phone 5 additional times and he is obvioulsy ignoring my calls. I'm angry that he is not following through as promised to fix the problem he created. The toilet and all parts were brand new, American made and we went through each item together to make sure ahead of time that he had everything he needed and knew what he was doing. I am upset that he has ignored me and has not stood behind his work. I am changing his straight "A" report card as follows:
