+ -1 moreSince that time I have attempted to reach him by phone 5 additional times and he is obvioulsy ignoring my calls. I'm angry that he is not following through as promised to fix the problem he created. The toilet and all parts were brand new, American made and we went through each item together to make sure ahead of time that he had everything he needed and knew what he was doing. I am upset that he has ignored me and has not stood behind his work. I am changing his straight "A" report card as follows:
Description of Work: I hired Kevin to remodel my bathroom. He removed and replaced the sink and the toilet. He is reasonable, prompt and a clean worker. His name is Kevin Link. F O L L O W - U P: The end of Dec (2 1/2 months later) I noticed that run on my bathroom floor was wet. I called him right away. He advised me to pull the rug up and wrap the bottom of the toilet which I did. He said he would be there in a day or two but he never showed up or called back.
