Description of Work: Our dishwasher was not working and we contacted Fairless Hills Appliance. They said they would schedule an appointment, but first asked if we checked the filter. My wife then called to schedule an appointment, but the person at Fairless Hills, rather than schedule an appointment spent approximately 15 minutes on the phone with my spouse and walked her through all the steps. It ended up not costing us anything. We would definitely use them and recommend them in the future.

Description of Work: He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my 22 year old washer. |He replaced the broken part and got the washer up and running again and also gave us advice on reliable brands for when we decide to get a new one. He was very pleasant and professional.

Description of Work: Repaired refrigerator/freezer. During initial telephone conversation, he identified 3 possible scenarios(with cost estimates) that could be causing the problem, and it turned out to be the one that he thought was the most likely. He had the part on his truck and the cost was the lowest estimate!. Karl was extremely professional and courteous. So pleased with his service that I referred a neighbor to him already.
