Complete Chimney Service

It went very well.
One of the flews had complex angles.  Mike made a custom stainless steel flew to fit perfectly.  
He brought sample brick to us for approval.  They were a near perfect match even though our old brick was more than 20 years old.
He and his crew were very polite and conscious of protecting our property from any damage caused by the reconstruction.  That was not easy since we have bushes as tall as the roof and extended more than five feet from the walls.
Clean up was extraordinary.  Instead of using heavy equipment which could have damaged our lawn, Mike and his crew hand carried five gallon buckets of debri to his vehicle on the driveway.  This was about 100 feet up an down steep steps.  In fact, everything was hand carried back and forth, up and down.  I can't tell you how many times I had to spend hundreds of dollars to repair lawn and plants after a construction crew left our home.
I was blown away when he brought a matress and pillows to the site.  He used them to drop the debri from the chimney which saved the lawn.  
Clean tarps were used to protect the living room carpet.  
A quiet vacuum was inserted into the flews to prevent dust from getting inside our home.    
The work was highly professional and artistically pleasing to the eyes.  Wow!
He was never satisfied unless the work was done with quality and functionality.  
He kept me advised of scope, requirements, and progress of the job.  That helped me understand more about the quality of work and materials being put into the my chimneys that I wanted to last the rest of my life and longer.

It was a pleasure doing business with Mike,he started the repair work when he stated and finished the very next day. Iwas completely satisfied with Mike andhis crew. They wereprofessional. courteous,and accomadating.

Mike started on time exactly when he said he would and finished exactly when he said he would. Because he had to tear down the chimney and replace the flue, I assumed it would be a big ordeal, but he worked so well and efficiently I hardly even knew when he was working.
I am very pleased with the finished product, it is obvious that Mike does good work, the chimney looks great. Mike also patched up my roof in certain places and helped me find someone that would fix my leaky flat roof .
Mike's also a very professional person and tries to be accommodating as possible. I  would recommend him to anyone who needs chimney work or masonry work done.

Mike came out to the house to give me an estimate around 8/24/12.  The initial work was scheduled to be completed on 8/28/12 but between weather, my work and some vehicle issues he had .... the work was not completed until 10/9/12.  Once Mike and his co-worker arrived on site they began to work on the chimney.  They were professional and respectful of the property the entire time.  I honestly did not think they could complete the entire job in one day but Mike is very good at what he does and his finished product shows.  I feel much safer in my home now and would like to thank Mike for a job well done!

Michael the chimney mason was reasonably priced, pleasant, and reliable.  He did exactly what he said he would do with professionalism and courtesy.  He responded positively to all requests and cleaned up after himself.
