They never contacted me!!!

Fabulous. Jesse was easy to work with, clear, prompt in his responses, and friendly. The crew did excellent work and left the work site completely clean.

I am normally not one to write reviews positive or negative but I am making an exception here. I found Top Notch Home Construction on this site needing multiple things done to my home in order to prepare for a sale in the next year or two. Jesse responded to my quote request and was at the home to review the multiple project needs. He provided a comprehnsive quote a few days later. Jesse and the rest of the Top Notch team arrived to start the project on the day he committed. They were onsite every morning first thing and worked continuously throughout the day. Very organized and cleaned up throughly at the end of each day. Our bathroom remodel came out terrific and included gutting the shower, replacing the vanity, replacing all plumbing, and pulling up and replacing the old tile floor. The tile and grout work looks great. Plumbing is second nature to them. They also repaired my kitchen ceiling damaged from the bathroom shower leaking from above. Our job also had a challenging need. I had wooden windows (20+) where the sills outside had rotted. I was told by other contractors that full window replacement was the best option! That was unaffordable for me. Top Notch was able to patch and paint some of the sills and completely replace others. No need to replace any windows. Their carpentry work was equally as good as their tile work. The windows look like new now. This saved me a lot of $$ replacing them. The work was accomplished on time and on budget. I felt the pricing was fair to both of us. I highly recommend these guys and would hire them again without hesitation. A+ professionals.

The Top Notch crew were very professional, prompt and did exceptional quality work. I was kept updated on the schedule and what to expect along the way. Accommodations were made as the project progressed and we had change requests. At the owner's expense, additional shoring up of the floor, additional window and other improvements were done. Very, very happy with a 180 degree renovation.

Jesse was able to do all the projects on my list within the same week that he came out to look at the house and give me a proposal! Work was well done and exceeded my expectations. Price was fair given the number of different jobs that needed to get done with a very short turn around time. I highly recommend Jesse and work definitely hire him again.

Our time with Jesse and his team at Top Notch was great. They worked non stop on our project and were very responsive to our needs and wants. My wife and I will definitely be using them again for future projects. They were on time each day and communicated what they were doing and kept us in the loop about timelines and expectations. They finished a little ahead of schedule which was great for me and my expecting wife. We are really pleased with how they made our home plans a reality.

The crew was very professional and pleasant. Work was done in a timely fashion. We hope to have them come back and do some bathroom renovations. We are so happy with our new kitchen! Can’t say enough good things about these guys!

Top Notch Construction did a great job. They fit my project in sooner than expected. Throughout, the crew seemed knowledgable, responsive, and were personable to have around. When tile did not arrive when promised, the owner came back out in the evening and brought it all inside. He was concerned it would not set right if it stayed outside in the cold. So they went out of their way to get a good outcome. I will call them for future projects.

We could not be happier with the job Top Notch Home Construction did with our addition to the house! We had two large walk-in closets added to our home. One for the master bedroom and one in our daughters room. Jesse and his crew were punctual and professional and an absolute pleasure to work with! I highly recommend using them and hopefully we will be using them again in the future! The work they did is beautiful and my wife and I are thrilled to have the extra space and with the roof and new siding it’s like having a brand new home! Thank you again Jesse!

Had lot of water damage to my hardwood floors and finished basement. Jesse made the whole process of getting the estimate, dealing with insurance, having work done far easier than I had expected it to be. At the end of this whole process my house looks better than it did before the damage. The work came out better than I could have hoped for. Will 100% use Top Notch in future on work that I have done.

Top Notch did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel which included: demo work of the existing shower and floor, installing new drywall, new shower, new fixtures, new flooring, trim work, and painting. As a responsible homeowner I did the due diligence of getting multiple quotes and it was clear from the very beginning Jesse at Top Notch was the most knowledgeable and experienced. His assessment of the work and solutions for what we needed done was not only spot on from a cosmetic aspect, but was also affordable and did not cut any corners with craftsmanship. Jesse and Jake were also extremely helpful in providing ideas and solutions for other things in the house we had questions about that were outside of the bathroom job. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable they are about all things in the home and know that their work is top quality. They also repaired and replaced our kitchen sink hardware/plumbing. Choosing Top Notch to complete the job was a very easy decision and the highest form of any review is that I would recommend them to friends and family and would 100% call on them again to do future work. The next time though, I would not need to get multiple quotes!

Jesse and his crew were nothing but professional and extremely nice guys. Showed up when they said they would, cleaned up after they were done and most importantly for me were courteous of my many animals.

Top Notch did a great job. They were professional, and arrived on time, every time, plus they were up front about change orders and worked with us making excellent suggestions for the project. Amazing tile work- the bathroom is beautiful. Finished a little ahead of schedule too! While at our house they were neat and extremely careful and considerate with our all our family members which included a 2 month old infant and large dogs. We are happy customers and would give Top Notch our highest recommendation!

The appointment was made the contractor never showed up never called to say they were not coming and I went on to Angie's list and sent them a message and he never responded.
