The Chimney Pros are a family run company. Our employees fluctuate depending on the season. One thing is for sure, the owner, Matt Parker, is always on the job site or knows the details of the job site and keeps constant contact with The Chimney Pros customers. For a fireplace cleaning and 21-point inspection are charge is $79.95 plus tax. All estimates are free. If you happen to have a roof leak, and need a problem inspected and diagnosed because you do not know what is wrong or where the problem is occurring a $49.95 inspection fee is assessed for the service call. If we give you an estimate to fix the work and you choose our company, the $49.95 will be deducted from the repair work so you do not pay twice! Angie's List member will receive a 10% discount off of any chimney repair work or masonry work needed. Angie's list members will also qualify for a $59.95 cleaning and inspection of your fireplace or furnace for being a 1st time customer. (Limit is 1 cleaning at this price.) We offer roof leak repairs and emergency storm service repairs. Our chimney liners are professionally installed by our owner at all times. We use top of the line stainless steel liners with a lifetime warranty and have the best pricing in the Mainline and surrounding areas down through Philadelphia for the product we offer. We want to see your family enjoy your fireplaces and be safe while doing it!
