"Hello [member name removed], I'm sorry that you are unhappy, I knocked on your door to provide your estimate and also to let you know I was there, the voucher you purchased covers 1,000 square feet of Sealcoating any driveway over 1,000 square feet there will be a additional charge of .30 per sqft, and it also states on the voucher that large cracks can be filled at a additional cost ask provider for details and pricing, and when I came out and spoke with you and your husband I provide your estimate for the additional charges for the extra square feet and the larger cracks to be filled. I explained that you or your husband do not have to wait for me to come out and sealcoat your driveway. The reason I rescheduled your driveway from Saturday to Monday was due to a high chance of rain. When your driveway was first scheduled via email, you where informed that the date is weather permitting. Our service hours are 7am to 6pm and in that time frame I was coming out to sealcoat your driveway. I tried to contacted you at 4 pm to let you know I was on my way out and would be there at 5 pm to complete the work. You did not answer and I left a message. When you called me back you told me that you thought it was to late in the day to do the sealcoating on your driveway. So I tried to reschedule your driveway for Tuesday because you where not happy with me Sealcoating your driveway at 5pm. The reason I said I would try and fit you in is because we already had 6 driveways scheduled for Tuesday, you said you do not want the work completed and you where going to contact Angieslist for a refund. Again I am sorry that we could not do business. George."
