Mr. Malone installed nice quality storm windows at my old Andersen windows. Next he installed an Andersen sliding door in the same room. He put drop cloth over my floors and cleaned up, even vacuumed, after he was done. The trim around the door looks very nice inside and out. The latch of the door is hard to close with my arthritic fingers. At my request he made it a little less tight but after a few days I noticed a draft on the bottom of the door. I notified Mr. Malone and he promptly came and made the latch a bit tighter. Now there is no draft and the room is noticeably warmer than it was without the storm windows and old door. As far as I can tell Mr. Malone's workmanship is excellent. It is too bad that Andersen could not come up with a latch that is easier to work.

It went very well. He paid attention to detail and was very neat and clean. He went above what others who bid on the job were going to do. He was punctual and his price was reasonable.
