I called in the AM on one of the hottest days of the year. Rocco answered and told me that he could get a tech out between 4:00-8:00pm that day (July 3rd before holiday!). I had spoke to two other service people and earliest that they could do was July 5th. Tech came 4 hours early! I received a profile of the technician before he arrived as well as a call to say he was on the way. He was super nice and courteous and most importantly, he fixed the AC...faulty switch! In 5 hours our AC went from off to on and I thought the cost was very reasonable given the service and punctuality.

They were very professional, prompt and neat. They all wore booties and cleaned everything up. Even though they'd predicted 2 days for installation it was actually done in just 1 day. They even have some good financing available.

Mr. Pan of H & H HVAC came to our home to give us a complete heater check up. He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and very polite as well - that's really important to me. Most importantly, he was honest in his assessment which is what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend H & H HVAC if you need a new heater or central air because from start to finish this is a professionally run company. They also have a policy that all their service people will call you about 30 minutes ahead of time just to confirm they will be there at the agreed upon time. As someone who does not have a lot of spare time to wait, I really appreciated that!

Living in an old house and bringing it up to date is expensive and labor intensive. The quote for a modular system was out of my budget and too many pieces. Traditional air requires a lot of duct work requiring another contractor to cover ducts. I will have to think about my options.

H&H Heating & Air Conditioning was the best contractors we’ve ever worked with. Everyone was professional and fair including and most importantly the installers Mo and Matt G., the first person to look at the job Jeremy, the estimator Matt H., the installation supervisor Ibraham, Kevin who finished the job, and Megan the receptionist. We even had a little bump in the road where H&H could have fixed it inexpensively or the right way and they quickly chose the latter. We highly recommend H&H.

They're very good. We have a contract. The price is a little on the high side for the contract. We've used them for years. They are very thorough, and they point out things like '' You have a mouse in the basement'' so we got someone. I would absolutely use them again.
