They were awesome right from the start by answering the phone mid-afternoon on a holiday and getting someone out right away to take a look at the problem. They came back first thing the next morning to install the new water heater and were in and out within 2 hours. Very respectful, friendly, professional guys. Were very cool about my "scary" looking but sweet tempered 60 lb pit bull and played with her relaxed as anything. I would highly recommend and use again.

Reeves fixed a botched installation of our Navien CombiBoiler. They immediately identified and fixed all of the important issues correctly and quickly.

Called Reeves and they came right away - within 2 hours. They fixed the problem with our hot water heater quickly without selling us any parts we didn't need.  Then we asked Tim to look at a long standing water pressure problem with one of our sinks and he quickly found the cause and gave us an estimate to solve the problem whenever we're ready.  Tim Stasiewski was the plumber who came and he was very polite and offered us a $10 coupon without our even mentioning it.  We would certainly call Reeves again.

Very professional and punctual. "Fair" score for responsiveness was because we had to leave multiple messages to get the work scheduled- it was not related to the responsiveness of the actual plumbers on site. Questions were answered very thoroughly and in easy to understand terms. Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable. A detailed estimate was provided when the inspection was completed. We didn't do everything that they quoted (some of it can wait) and they didn't push us to have anything done that we weren't ready for or couldn't afford. All work was completed in one day.

We had a kitchen faucet installed by another plumber.  After several callbacks due to the faucet coming loose, the original plumber blamed the shape of our counter and said that I needed to make arrangements to have the solid surface counter top modified.   I called Reeves Plumbing for a second opinion.  Mike came to our house, looked at the situation, and told me what parts I would need to make things right.  After I obtained the needed part, Jason came to the house and fixed the problem in less than an hour.  I found everyone at this company very polite and helpful.  The receptionist was cheerful and helpful.  Both of the technicians were knowledgeable and took time to explain everything that they did.  They always called before coming and arrived when they were scheduled.  I was very satisfied with all aspects of the service provided.  I will call Reeves for all of my future plumbing and heating needs.

Immediately when the technician looked at the existing power vent pipe, he indicated that the existing was not up to code and explained why it was causing the problem with CO fumes. He explained the repair and immediately mage the necessary repairs to the unitm thus eliminating a potentially deadly situation. The unit functions flawlessly since the repairs.

I was thoroughly impressed with Reeves Plumbing from the first call to completion of the job. The initial call received by Amanda was prompt and professional. She scheduled our service in a very reasonable time frame that fit into my schedule for an issue I was having with my water heater. The assessment and job was performed by Jason Chapman. Jason was very professional and efficient is assessing the issue with my water heater. Jason identified that all of the gas lines to my water heater in my house were installed incorrectly and not to code creating our issue.  He took the time to explain the issue in layman's terms which is very helpful when you know very little to nothing about plumbing or gas lines. He was able to give us an on the spot quote and honored that quote. What was even better was that Reeves had mailed us a coupon several days prior to service that was good for $15 off which was a nice touch and unexpected. The job was performed efficiently and in the time frame quoted unfortunately freeing me to go into work. 
I am happy that I decided to use Reeve's Plumbing. I had used one other plumber on recommendation prior and their service was adequate but not exceptional. For my money I expect exceptional and Reeves was able to provide that.

These guys were very good, quick and handled an emergency situation very well for my apartments They were great!

They came out and gave a quote detailing what was to be done, materials needed, cost and approximate time work was to be completed.  I called them back a couple of weeks later and gave them the go ahead to install furnace.  They set up a time and date and when date came the installer (Mike) called me to let me know he was on his way.  Once the installer was here, he got right to work without hesitation.  Mike was very helpful and took the time to answer any and all questions that I had for him.  He even recommended to me some other things that could make winter months much more comfortable (a humidifier which can help keep the heating costs down even more by adding moisture to the air). He was careful as I requested to keep our 2 cats from going into the basement.  He kept noise down to a minimum (as much as could be expected) and was very professional in his work.  He was very meticulous and cleaned up thoroughly after he completed his work.  I was very impressed with his work and would absolutely recommend and call them again for any work need.  Actually, I already plan to call them next spring to install a new AC unit (which they already gave me a quote on).  This company does fantastic work and I am extremely pleased with the results. 

I called this provider solely based on the Angie's list rating/review.  We are on a well.  On Wednesday we had no water.  Called this company.  Two workers showed up, said it was not the pump or the pressure tank.  Said they couldn't come until Friday.  Said that we would be first on the list to start at 8 AM with the infared locater for the well on Friday and dig up the well.  Never showed up til 11 AM. Did not bring any equipment to locate the exact location of the well.  Started digging a hole where "they thought" it should be. Left about an hour later for lunch apparently.  Came back and dug some more.  Left at 2:30 PM and said we'd have to wait til they came back on Monday.  
I called the company when I arrived home from work to tell them not to come back.  When you call and are out of water, you should not have to wait 5 days to have someone come back to continue to dig a hole.  They never did uncover the well.  My husband did more of the digging than the two workers did. 
The gentlemen on the phone offered to come out Saturday and I told him no, that I was done and he could send me a bill for the initial service call.  He said he would not charge me.  I don't mind paying for service, but this was completely unacceptable.  Maybe they excel at plumbing, but I won't use them again for anything.
At this point it is Friday at 5:00 and I still am high and dry.

There was a slow leak (one drop at a time).  I noticed it on Friday afternoon but they couldn't send anyone until the following Monday. The shut-off valve didn't shut the water off and so we had to crimp the plastic hose leading into the refrigerator and taped it off with electrical tape just to stop the water.  Luckily, it held until they could repair it.  there was a leak in the hose going into the refrigerator which he repaired and also replaced the faulty shut-off valve.

We had a large gap where a furnace pipe connected to the base of a wall duct that goes to the 2nd floor.  There was a lot of heated air leaking from this gap into the basement and going to waste.  We chose Reeves based on the reviews on Angie's List.  We had never used them before.  They performed the work three days after providing an estimate.  The technician, Ray, was punctual and professional.  He explained to me exactly what he was going to do, as I wasn't present when he came for the estimate.  He answered my questions and talked to me a bit about the furnace itself.  He did the work quickly and solved the heat-loss problem.  The fee was as estimated, plus we got $15 off with an Angie's list coupon.  I was completely satisfied and plan to use Reeves for future plumbing and heating needs.

We sold our house and the trap in the kitchen sink started to leak. I didn't want to leave the new family with any problems, so tried to fix it myself. I have fixed numerous plumbing issues on my own in the past, but this one did not want to stop leaking. Called Reeves, they came the next day, and the job was completed professionally. It was worth the money spent and I would call them any day of the week.

Technician arrived on time and was very courteous.  Technician assessed the situation, explained what he was going to do, and asked if there were any questions.  Technician brought in his equipment, snaked the drain, and resolved the clog.  The technician was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had about, what he was going to do, what might be causing the clog, etc.  Technician then packed up his equipment, cleaned up the area in the basement where he was working, filled out the bill and left.  The technician explained Reeve's 30 day guarantee and provided me with the Angie's List discount.  Very pleasant experience with the technician from Reeve's.
