It went terribly,The issue started day one when we specifically told them not to start the job because we were not going to be home, when we were away they started,we never even got a phone call, we found out when a neighbor called us. our new car was in the garage and we came home to nails and debris on it, our back railing had tar splattered and our concrete driveway had stains, our driveway had gouges from the heavy steel hopper and our front sidewalk was hit cracking it. They then had to comeback to finish the job after we complained because they ground out our chimney mortar for the flashing and never filled it back in, they also did not replace flashing where it should have been, they never cleaned up, there were nails all over my yard,the crew arrived & never gave us a courtesy knock on the door before they started. He was rude and unprofessional.The whole experience with this company was a nightmare and I would never recommend them to anyone.The flashing job on the home looks terrible and it will need to be redone at a later date.
