It was bitter cold the day we were out and do appreciate you giving us 2 A's in the rating though we didn't do anything but show up and you chose not to have the roller deal done at that time. Clopay is the best product on the market in garage doors and the only door to carry the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval but possibly you got a higher R value door for less in a lesser brand door."

I found AIM on Angie's. After reading "A" ratings, scheduled them for a garage door "tuneup" for $80. They came a few days later and did the work. Pleasant team. Worked quickly.

The house had a 10 year old Craftsmen garage door opener. It was inconsistently working. Some days the garage would not open completely, some days it would not close completely. Once when I was leaving the door would not come down. I could hear the motor running. Every day was a new problem. I decided to replace the opener.
Came to AngiesList. AIM Garage Doors had high rating and good reviews. I called them for an estimate and another company listed on the website. Lisa won me over on phone. She is very involved from the beginning, as if she is working with a family member. She explained what they would be doing, the model, the pricing. She was willing to work with me. A big advantage is that they are willing to work evening and weekends too.
Lisa and Ron came over on a Saturday and did the installation. It took them little over an hour. They cleaned up the area, explained how everything worked. I'm extremely happy with their work and delighted to meet such nice people.
