Electrical Service
Very disappointed with Kevin and Noble Electric. Made a deposit for an apartment rewire with new panel to be completed on 9/19/16. I attempted to contact Kevin several times over the next two months and eventually had to cancel the agreement on 12/1/16 and demand a refund of the deposit. The refund has not arrived despite several confirmations from Kevin that he "would send it next week". Do not use this company unless you are interested in throwing money away.
