Excellent.

Estimate thousands less than handyman and handled very professionally. Called to say they'd be late so i'd know. Happy I didn't get complaints from any neighbors (I have one who is very particular about trucks, etc. on street).  Men cleaned up site well. Men were friendly but stayed focused on the job.

Dealt with Stephan for estimate, etc.  Very nice young man. I think he has a great future ahead of him.

The service went extremely well. Mark and his team were punctual. They covered everything so that it didn't get concrete dust all over it. The work progressed as promised and was completed in the time scheduled. His team cleaned up everything extremely well. You could not tell heavy work had been done. The price seems like a good price for the work and quality of the work but I didn't have any other bids to compare it to, so can't say for certain. That said, you get what you pay for with these things, so I'm satisfied with the work and its quality.

These team of contractors did beautiful work on our home.  They worked quietly with great attention to detail.
We are thrilled with the work they did in our kitchen and master bathroom.  Definitely a team we would hire again!

Excellent work. Meticulous about the quality of the work and about cleaning up at the end of each day. Very easy going and patient when we needed to ask him to change the sequence of the work to accomodate our schedules. Always willing to listen to our concerns and answer questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. Did a great job of working with our engineer, who was not an easy guy to work with.

Came out the next morning after I called. The previous owner had cut into several floor joists in the basement during installation of 4" PVC 4"X4" posts under the sagging joists then doing the demolition of the wet set cement bathroom floor, Promised to return after the floor demolition to give a more accurate estimate for the structural repairs.

The contractor used approximately three workers per day.  They did the work in a timely manner, and were helpful in notifying the building tenants and trash removal company.  They also contacted the town officials to review the work and give approval to advance to the new stage.  They also put a tarp on the new concrete to protect it from the elements. Al Fitzpatrick, point person,  and the others were very congential and responsive to our requests.  I would recommend this contractors to others and would use them again.s

It went very well. He did a great job. Everything was clean. They did everything they said they were going to do.

Mark Grimaldi responded promptly to my phone call and took time out in his very busy schedule to inspect the sagging floor on our second floor row home.  He provided a rough estimate for the structural work and a bathroom remodel.  Mark was very professional,  extremely informative and projected the type of work ethic I was beginning to think didn't exist.  I am certain Grimaldi would provide  A+++ services.  I would definitely use this provider.

Wonderful. Mark and his crew are very good with communicating before, during, and after the project. I'm very happy with the end result. Their price is on the upper end, but sometimes you just need to pay for quality.

We asked for an estimate - he gave one over the phone since we didn't own the house yet. Was helpful to get the budget number that we needed and saved himself a trip.  Sounded more than willing to come out once we owned the home.

Fabulous, team of workers arrived each morning, worked without stopping and at end of day everything was cleared up, cleaned up and taken away as if they were never there.  Unbelievable job.  The first time I was not ripped off by contractors.

Mark Grimaldi initially looked at the job in July/August.  It was complex as the rear wall of the structure was badly cracked and leaking. The garage was in generally in very bad condition  He then scheduled the work into three phases. Phase 1. - renovation and rebuilding of the rear wall including extensive earth works and waterproofing. Phase 2 - reroofing to match the main house roof exactly along with the installation of matching gutters. Phase 3 - reframing the entrance and making ready and installing a new double door.

The work was performed as promised and on time.  Mark Grimaldi kept me informed in detail all along the way.  His workmen are really pleasant, hard working and very professional.

The garage now looks gorgeous and is full functional.

Mark is very knowledgeable and very articulate. He makes sure you completely understand his explanations. His team is very punctual and everything has been done incredibly well. They are a little expensive but everything is spot on.

After talking with them a few times, they were very friendly on the phone but never came out or called me back.
