As in any big project, (9 months from start to finish) we occasionally found small mistakes, but they were promptly corrected.
They made things very easy. Of course, there were a lot of choices to be made because of the custom nature of the home, but they helped us along the way and were good at communicating promptly. We were very impressed with the quality of the work and how beautifully the house turned out.
Even mere days before taking possession of the home, we made changes and they jumped to get it exactly the way we wanted it to be. We could not be more pleased with the experience.
