Experienced computer problems. Did internet search for providers in the area. Thomas Computer Solutions returned the call within an hour. Made arrangements to drop off the computer. Diagnosis was free. Removed virus and recommended upgrades for computer speed. Computer was finished the same day! Rick was friendly, competent and made it easy to understand what happened to my computer and how to protect it better in the future. Would definitely recommend Rick to anyone seeking computer repair and service!
