The Brake Shop and Auto Repair is proud to be AAA Approved Auto Repair Facility, NAPA AutoCare Facility, member of the Better Business Bureau and our Local Chamber. We take pride in how our clients are treated and how their vehicles are serviced. We currently have 2 Managers and 3 Technicians on staff with over 70 years of combined automotive repair experience. The staff uses the most up to date technology to service all vehicles.

I've been going to this shop for a few years.  I drive out of my way to bring my cars to them because they do excellent work, and I rely on them.  Each time I've brought a car to them, they have correctly completed the necessary repair or maintenance.  These two service appointments, done within one day, were completed properly, as well.  Also, they are very pleasant to deal with.  I tend to wait each time, and their waiting area is clean and comfortable.  They have free coffee.   I would appreciate it if they would provide free wifi, though.

I went in because my brakes were making noise. They didn't fix it, they blamed it on the road because of the oil and gravel on the roads. Awhile later, it was still making noise and I had to go four times until they finally fixed it. They never gave me a receipt each time I had to go back.

The Brake shop and auto repair were very good and thorough. It's a pretty good place. The staff were very, very friendly. They informed us about everything before they did any work on my vehicle and gave me estimates. I truly trusted their knowledge of everything and they accommodated us very quickly.

I last used Brake Shop and Auto Repair last April. They have really great customer service and they're always on point with everything. They're very helpful and get me in as soon as they can.
