Terrible new owners, and outrageous pricing!

I needed to fix a leaky basement window. They had the materials which no else in the area did. When I asked how to attach, they knew how and could adapt it to the equipment I had a home. They also supplied me with the proper screws and washers. I went home with everything I needed to do the job.
