I overloaded my washer which is on the second floor of my house and being a 25-year-old new homeowner, I figured I would have a hard time finding someone to take me seriously and think that I knew what I was doing, but Mr. Alvin right away gave me respect and took the time to help me understand the things that I didn't understand about this whole process being a first-time homeowner. I cannot express fully my appreciation for his genuineness and timeliness. When he said he was going to be at my house at 8:00 a.m. he was there at 7:59 a.m. and having to be at work by 8:30 a.m. it was greatly appreciated that he was on time! I also left him alone in my house while he did his work and while I was at my own job and I fully and completely trust(ed) him. My house was cleaned and taken care of as if it was his own at the end of the day. I would and will continue to recommend Mr. Alvin and his company, J. Benjamin General Contracting LLC, to my family and friends.
