We also do the granular work, such as redoing doors, replacing windows, interior painting, down to changing light fixtures and taking care of needs for home inspections or preparing a house before sale. Owners have Realtor and design experience as well as being a licensed contractor in PA. We also work with realtors and banks to rehab homes before sale.

Just about anything you need for your home we can do or have a preferred partner who we can recommend or work the project with. Our service model is to walk through your home and find out what you are thinking about doing, offer ideas or suggestions and then create a working menu with individual costs for each project so you can decide what makes sense to complete now and or in the future.
