They had great customer service from the start but when there was a problem with the job he would not contact me again.

Mold removal. I had to have the ceiling removed in the bathroom for mold. The sheetrock tapeline was visible. The caulking was sloppy around the vent. The place was left extremely dirty. There was sheetrock debris in the light fixture. It was really poorly cleaned. I feel like they took advantage of situation and did a poor job. I am going to have to have someone and do another job, because they did such a poor job.

I had originally contracted laz scapes to pave my driveway back in June they did a wonderful job very neat and clean and fast turn around time for the most part there where some weather conditions that prolonged the completion date but can't beat mother nature. I just recently hired them for some mold issues I was having in my bathrooms and basement. They came out and went over a few different options I had and would fit my budget . Again great fast neat service gotin there the next day and started working I am now mold free and can breath so much better in my basement great guys great crew would definitely recommend!

Complete disaster. Was to be a one day job. Crew arrived on time but indicated their truck was not working and the stone/fill delivery would be delayed. After three hours the crew left and said they would try for the next day. I was advised by 9:30am. The stone was delivered by their supplier around 2PM. I had to leave around 1pm and was not there to oversee. The back of the parking pad was not made level and excess fill was dumped where it should not have been. Since, I have made seven phone calls and only spoke to someone one time. I offered to pay additional to get it right- no results.

Overall costs were increased due to additional requirements not identified in initially quote. Job also took several weeks due to permit issues and site inspection scheduling.

Arrived on time and installed as promised!

Very professional and reasonable. Listens carefully towards your needs. Very hard working company. They were out there working on my drive way during a thunderstorm! Incredible group of individuals. Very commited to satisfy your every need. Going to use them for my Landscaping project for next year!!!!

Great 1st impression, showed up and listened to all of my needs and concerns, gave me lots of professional advise and options. Never made me feel pressured into anything I didn't want. They understood my budget and worked within. Within a couple of months I hired them to pave my driveway. They did a terrific job, my husband and I were very pleased, we also received lots of compliments from our neighbors and guest. Unfortunately, the rain delayed the starting on the project but no fault to the team as we all know no one controls mother nature. They are very honest, will use them again.

Job well done. Company did some extra work at no cost. Service was very good. Did not pressure for additional work or additional money. Very professional. will use them again.

Let the buyer beware - they did a good job on the project but I was WAY overcharged for the work. I should have done my homework before hand. Not an honest man.

Very punctual and professional

Laz Scapes not only came in at the best price but were the only ones to fully accept the challenge of the work I wanted to be completed. My property has environmental limitations; extreme slopes, trees that are absolutely everywhere, & a foot below my lawn is a solid rock shelf. Despite all of those issues, Ron & Rod gladly took on the task to transform my driveway & surrounding property to what I had envisioned. The driveway came out PERFECT! And off my deck they put in a BEAUTIFUL watergarden & even stocked it with koi! Timely, professional, & personable! These guys are the BEST!

Very personable! Spent a lot of time with my wife and I answering and addressing our questions and concerns explained the process of the project in very detailed steps and gave us a few different options for our project to help conform to our budget. Great work it was a pleasure dealing with Ron and Laz scapes. Will definitely recommend to family and friends and will be using them again in the future.

They were the first to respond, did the job right away, but when I called about the paving cracking already no call back. Great first impression but no follow up, plus I had more work for them.

Laz Scapes, LLC was the first to respond to my inquiry. Once hired, they did an excellent job with removing mold and treating and repainting the bathroom - it looks like new once again. They also power washed my home; again, an excellent job. And, resurfaced the driveway. Ronnie and Rodney are very professional and pleasant to work with; and I will hire them again come spring. I highly recommend their service.

I had Laz Scapes and Paving come out and give me a quote on my driveway and side yard landscaping. I got a total of 4 quotes all of which were in the same ball park. I must say Ron and Rod were the most exspensive out of 4 but hands down were also the most personable and friendly they did a fantastic job they both were actually working right along side there crew which stood out to me showed they cared! I would highly recommend LAZ SCAPES AND PAVING to any one looking for a driveway or landscaping

INITIALLY THE WERE GREAT ON THE VALUE FOR THE WORK . I DID SPECIFY THAT I WANTED CLEAN STRAIGHT LINES FOR MY DRIVEWAY EVEN THE DAY OF THE WORK BEING DONE AND THEY PROMISED IT WOULD BE.UNFORTUNATELY THAT WAS NOT THE CASE .ALL I WOULD CHANGE, WAS IF THEY COULD NOT HAVE DONE THAT ,THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE EXPLAINED THAT BEFORE . OTHER THEN THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GOOD. THEY DID PROMISE TO SEAL IT FOR FREE WHEN IT'S DUE IN A YEAR .

They did not promptly return phone call but their price was favorable. On the day of the job they were a half hr. late. Upon arrival they started quickly and finished the job in a timely manner.
