iRES short for iRESIDENTIAL is primarily for residential or non-commercial clients, primarily we subcontract for Verizon Firedog program which services residential customers computers. We are a staff of 4 personnel but will be expanding rapidly. Our prices are very competitive, for example, 75% of computer issues are software related or viruses, for the most part can be resolved remotely. For this service, it is only $20 plus tax and you must have a working internet connection. But don't worry if you do not we will come to your home and either pickup your PC/laptop or service it right there in your home. The difference in pricing for this service are if we are able to pickup the PC, the price is only $100 plus tax, being that in our lab we can work on multiple PC's at one time. Don't worry we will have you PC back to you within 24 hours unless we have to order any type of hardware for your PC. But if your prefer to have us service your PC in your home, the pricing for this is $150 plus tax. Either way, you will receive top notch service and most important top notch customer service.
