"The reason I replaced a separate section on the roof was that it also had a mold issue and I couldn't with a clear conscious see not fixing that problem. When you, the customer, were paying me to be there to solve the total mold problem. I reimbursed customer $500.00 even though I did do the job on that side of roof. I sprayed , free of charge, the entire perimeter of the attic. I did apologize to the customer even though it was the right thing for me to do. H & H Construction Jim"
I called for an estimate and Jim and Ted came to see the job within a couple hours of the call. They came back the next day to do the installation. They were a little late, but called to let me know, which is courtesy that is all too rare. They were pleasant to deal with, and the work was done quickly and professionally. I look forward to working with them again.
Jim arrived exactly when he said he would and began a very labor intensive job on the snow covered roof of a two-story house. He pinpointed the cause of several leaks and explained how and why they were caused, and how he would fix them. With only one assistant, he was able to rectify all of the problems, and the leaks were all fixed.
Jim is a pleasure to work with. He has a great "can do" attitude and a wonderful sense of humor. I am glad to have met Jim, and I will definitely hire him again for other jobs (my house was built in 1902, and I need his help!).
"In response to [member names removed] review, there was miscommunication thru out the whole process of the job. If you look at my companies past history, all my clients have been completely satisfied with our professionalism, craftsmanship and quality of work"
