Joe was great to work with. We had a mold situation due to a leaking shower and when he came to give us the estimate, he covered the mold problem with plastic so it wasn't still being dispersed throughout our house. When he and his crew came to do the work, they arrived exactly when he said they would (even with a snow storm that had schools closed) and completed the work quickly. Everything was contained and they cleaned up when they were finished - you'd never know they were here! Joe was very thorough and explained every step of the process. We were thrilled with their work and would highly recommend them for whatever reason you're reading this review! He's very professional and aware of the inconvenience this process is for the home owner. He tried to be as accommodating as possible, which we very much appreciated having two people that have respiratory issues living here! The pictures I attached are the before, during and after! We had mold in our attic from roof repair. We called steel city property restoration and were quoted and scheduled. The team was great. They were prompt, clean, and quick. They actually found more mold than first thought and quoted out replacing insulation and some floor coverings. We are very happy with the results. They even helped up properly hookup our bathroom vent that was just hanging open in the attic helping the mold grow. I highly recommend them for any of your needs. They are priced right and do a thorough job. They were also great with our dog.

This company is amazing. Had a major mold problem in our attic. Not only did he take care of the mold but fixed many other ventilation problems he found along the way. Joe went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed properly and we would not continue to have issues down the road. They were very thorough with tenting off the area to help keep our environment safe while they worked. Clean up was also above and beyond. He was fair and stands behind his work 100%. We trusted him fully and he exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend him for any property restoration you need. He does way more than just mold work!
