Description of Work: They serviced a lawn mower and snow blower.

Description of Work: This was THE worst experience I have ever had with a business. We had them pick up our lawn mower to be serviced this past summer. After they diagnosed the problem as a faulty regulator, replaced the battery, we requested new belts and blades of which my husband would put on (to cut down on labor costs), and pick up/delivery charges....we spent $350. The problem arose when my husband eagerly started up the mower and it died an hour into mowing our over grown yard ( this was the exact problem we had prior to this business working on the mower). I called to report that the issue was not fixed and was told that we would NOT be charged another pick up/delivery fee. The mower was then picked up 5 days later to be re-evaluated. It was determined to be a manufacture defected regulator NOT a miss diagnosis and because of this, we would need to pay half of the pick up/delivery fee. I disputed this and ended up being verbally assaulted by not only the man whom performed the services, but also his wife whom had initially told me we would not be charged any additional fees. The mower was returned to us and surprise surprise was NOT FIXED! We attempted to mow the lawn yet again and it died an hour into mowing! Needless to say, we were not comfortable calling them for a 3rd re-evaluation of the mower with the horrible service we had received thus far. Clearly this mechanic didn't know what he was doing and we were taken for a ride. I strongly discourage anyone from trusting this business with any work.
