Lawn Tool Repair
I called because I needed a new repair place. They said they would call when they got ready to service these things because they said it was early in the year. They were very polite and their equipment was beautiful. However, it took 5 weeks for me to get my equipment back! I did not get any phone calls, voicemails or any communication. When they delivered my equipment the invoice noted that parts had to be ordered, thus the delay was explained.
