TOM'S APPLIANCE SVC

My very old washer refused to do anything but fill with water. I didn't want to give up on it and buy a new one, as I've been told that the newer washers aren't nearly as good. A co-worker said she had used Tom's Appliance Service and they had fixed her old dryer perfectly. I called Tom's late in the afternoon, and they were out promptly the next morning. They diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it in about 5 minutes with a new motor. I couldn't believe how quickly my washer was fixed, and I was happily doing laundry again. I will certainly use Tom's again in the future if I need them.

They were great. I called and they came out within the hour. He had the part and fixed it within minutes! Very nice and friendly. I'd definitely use again.

On Sunday night we turned the oven on to bake some brownies but it did not respond.  We suspected the igniter had gone bad.  I left a message for Tom's Appliance Service Sunday night.  Monday morning before 9:00 AM I received a call back from a lady (probably Cookie) who said that a technician would be at our home between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.  Shortly after 11:00 AM the owner (Ron) arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem (faulty igniter as suspected), and replaced the igniter.  Ron also shared a tip on how we could use a paper clip to clean out the gas orifices on the top burners to get an efficient (blue) flame.  Ron was done in less than 30 minutes, and we successfully baked the brownies Monday night.  Ron was very friendly and I would not hesitate to use him again.
