Everything went well and was on time. I would have Precision Builders back for additional projects.

Precision Builders did a great job. Very responsive and professional. We had an issue with getting the proper permit, which caused a two week delay. That was a pain, because it just extended the time we were without a master bath, but we kept them busy with other projects while we waited for the permit.

He did a really good job and we would recommend him. His quote was the lowest and the most detailed document. He literally enumerated everything so we knew everything that he was going to do so he wasn't fudging. He was totally flexible when we wanted to make changes. He quoted us the changes upfront and was still able to get the work done on time even with the changes. There were zero surprises. He was a very nice guy to have around our house. We didn't mind the fact that we were kind of living with him for 2 or 3 weeks. We would definitely use him again.
