Their polite and they put those stupid shoes things on which I don't really care about, evidently I have to take up one of their tools and come up the steps and say hey you, there's a tool left behind and so every time any guy comes to my house and does anything before he leaves I look around the area and make sure what tools he has because I had the point where Horizon had give a tool to the next guy the next year and say last year the guy left this here take this.
They know what their doing and they do the job and they take the proper time to complete the whole maintenance check and they inform you of what their seeing.

Their very competent and they will make good on whatever service they do if it doesn't go right they'll make it right so your not really taking any risk using them because they give you a lot of service their gonna be more expensive than maybe some other local plumber or heating service.
At the beginning of the season they usually put out a coupon on Angie's List. I would use them for the stuff that they do for coupons and maintenance, but I would not use them, really, for any big jobs.
