On Friday, the cleaner arrived right on time, she was presentable and friendly. She came with all her products and equipment but inquired if I preferred she use mine (which I thought was nice of her). After that she got right to work ... she was not in a rush and seemed to take her time to make sure every part of the apartment was thoroughly cleaned. My apartment has not been this clean and fresh smelling in a long time. It had been my intention to use the cleaners one time but I now have a standing appointment every two weeks. It's totally worth it!
