Communication was through e-mail. We would have liked to had a phone conversation.

It went well. Paul arrived when he said he would did the job with no household disruption. I now have a no-leak faucet.

It went very well. Paul contacted me quickly after I purchased the deal, came out to the ouse hwen he said he would, saved me some money on the replacement rfaucet and fixed everything the day he said he would. And he is a nice guy. My house was crazy the day he showed up, grandkids were there, dogs were being exceptionally rambuctious, etc. but he handled everything just fine and didn't seem to be rattled by the craziness going on.

They came right on time and fixed our issue right away.

Came over when he said he would, did a great job. Unclogged bathroom drain. Very good price using the Angie's list deal.

He came here in Jan and did a good job also. There was no charge for this visit.

The visit went smoothly. He didn't carry the flapper needed for my toilet so he went to Home Depot and purchased the appropriate flapper, came back and installed it.

He came out and told us that we needed to replace the toilets. We will do that some time in the future.

I ordered the service. Paid for the service. Suggested 6/6/14 a.m. date. They sent a message requesting my phone number. I replied with my #. They never contacted me. How do I get my money back since the service wasn't provided?

They were very nice and were able to save me a lot of money. We had no idea we had a leak in the wall. It went great!

The service was okay, I would not say that I was incredibly happy but it was alright.

It did help the flush a bit. He said it was an old toilet and offered $450 to replace it. I said I would think about it.

The provider was very punctual, and showed great professionalism while servicing members home. They now use this provider every time for the line of work he performs when needed. Member was very happy with everything, including price.

Professional, courteous and did job promptly

We were happy with everything. It was a good, quick service. They were great. The price was the one thing we were a little surprised about; but we were not outraged. They were good guys.

I called him to set up the appointment and he let me know that he doesn't service my area. It wasn't clear in the big deal ad that they didn't service my area. I got a refund from Angie's List and found a different plumber who serviced my area.

Paul initially showed up to assess the issue and provide a solution. We rescheduled for him to come and fix the issue. It took him 2 days to remove the old stack/riser and replace it with a flexible PVC. As I just had my floors sanded and poly'd, Paul and his team took extra care in not damaging the finish of my new floor. In addition they took necessary precautions to protect my furniture as well. Very professional and quality work. I would hire them again.

He recommended several things that I take care of.

It was great! He came when he said he will be there. He did what he said he will do. He was very professional, punctual. Price is very competitive. Definitely the excellent. I would definitely call him again. I would recommend to everyone.

I complained to you and him. He said he would make sure I was refunded any charge. I am waiting to see if a $49 charge dated 2/11/14 was for this service which I never received. I have not received a $49 credit I know.

He was nice and okay. When he installed the internal workings for the toilet, we’re still having problems flushing.

It was a really good price for an hour. He did a faucet plumbing and everything really worked out fine. I picked out the faucet and he just installed it. He had to remove the old faucet. He was very polite and professional and cleaned up his messes. I was real happy with everything. He got in touch with me immediately after I bought the Big Deal. There is nothing that I could fault this guy with. The faucet is working perfectly.

We were having trouble with our toilet. I bought a special on Angie's list and Paul came out and looked at it and told us we needed a new toilet. We went out and bought a toilet to be installed. It took Paul a few days to respond and Paul then told us he didn't like the brand we bought. We then returned the toilet and bought the brand he recommended. He came to install it a few days later. Removed the old toilet and then told us the new one wouldn't fit. So we had no toilet and were forced to return a second toilet. He have us no specs or advice. And despite still having a credit for his services, we contacted another plumber who came out, purchased an appropriate toilet and installed it all in the course of 6 hours. It was a waste of our time and money, and left us without a toilet to use Paul. I will never use him again.
