He came and assessed the leak and took pictures. He then explained what was wrong with a previous repair and how he would fix the leak. He gave me a fair estimate. He was very friendly.

He came told him about the leak, he checked it and told me that the boot on the gas pipe needed to be replaced. I asked if he could do it since it was leaking and they were calling for heavy rain for the next few days. He stayed even thou it was late in the day and made the repairs and checked and caulked the other openings. I was grateful that he made the repairs that day. We had several heavy rains since and all is good. I will call him again if needed for roof repair or replacement.

Greg responded with 2 days, inspected the roof within one day and scheduled the job as requested. Performed a thorough inspection and took pictures of the issues. Good communication and Greg did as he said he would do. He cleaned up every night and when he was done you would never know he was there. He was a professional, knew what he was doing, was polite and pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend.

Used photos to show me what my problems were, gave me choices to solve them and was efficient in solving them when given the go ahead. Only problem was he failed to notify me when there would be a delay due to an emergency. However he worked with me on payment when the delay caused a problem with that. Liked his work, and liked his way of avoiding me needing to climb up on the roof.

Noted roof leaking after last storm. Called multiple roofers but Greg responded fast agrees to reaolve issue within 48 hours and roof looks great. He took care of placing roof cap and point no extra charge. Professional, fast and does a great job.

The contractor was on time good communication skills, upfront honest not back and forth gave me a good deal stood by his commitment, cleanup awesome, work performed in timely fashion and pleasant experience.
