Carolyn was recommended for cabinet design by our architect, Gerry Higgins. We consulted with two other kitchen/cabinet designers, and Carolyn?s design proposals were far superior to the others. Our kitchen redesign is more functional, easier to work in and provides more storage for both utensils and stores. From start to finish, Carolyn provided excellent recommendations regarding the various decisions needed throughout the process, i.e., removing a half-wall to incorporate the dining room area , keeping or removing the soffit, extending the cabinets to the ceiling or not, island dimensions and clearance to adjacent work areas, position and convenience of appliances (dishwasher, oven/range, microwave and refrigerator), and selecting a contractor. She also followed-up and worked with us to correct cabinet imperfections from the manufacturer. We feel that Carolyn?s creativity, competence, care and concern played a huge part in our getting a renovation beyond our hopes and dreams.

PURCHASED HIGH END WINDOWS AND DOORS. ONE DOOR CAME IN WRONG. THEY TRIED TO MAKE ME KEEP THE DOOR. FINALLY THEY EXCHANGED IT FOR THE RIGHT ONE AND CHARGED ME A 25% RESTOCKING CHARGE. I FELT THAT WAS WRONG.
