I never write reviews but feel compelled after my negative experience with D&D Custom Cleaning. Please take the time to read as the details speak volumes. I hired David and team for a DEEP clean of an empty townhouse post renovations. He quoted $600 which felt pretty high but I wanted a thorough deep clean so was willing to pay. After a little less than 3 hours they were “finished”. Looking around it seemed ok, not spectacular but ok. I wanted a WOW experience and it definitely was not that. As I walked around I kept seeing things that weren’t great. Lots of paint sprinkles still on the floor, doors that weren’t wiped down and noticeable dirt on areas of the kitchen floor and pantry. David said the floor was cleaned then I bent down and wiped it with my hand which became black with dirt. David (begrudgingly) began cleaning the floor and I left the house to send my husband over to take a look. My husband was not happy that things weren’t cleaned well enough and asked for the check back. He said he would pay when the job was complete. David then off on my husband and actually stated that my husband was rude and didn’t respect his business ( I thought, in this transaction, we were the client and David was getting paid for a service to be completed to our satisfaction.) Anyway, David continued his loud tirade and my husband said he could not speak to him that way in our home and asked him to leave. I was left having to (sadly) clean the house again (no exaggeration) while David and team made $600 for a job that I could have asked my teenage daughters to do for the same quality work and for free. D&D Custom Cleaning was shockingly unprofessional. It makes me sad to see a small business owner not care enough about the quality of their work and the potential for repeat business - especially during this time when small businesses are suffering. Be aware if you are thinking of booking D&D Custom Cleaning. You may want to look elsewhere.

They were wonderful! They did an excellent job cleaning. They were thorough and meticulous, and the owners were super nice . I have hired them to do my housecleaning regularly..
