When she first started coming to clean my place, which is not that large, she would stay for a little over an hour and things would look really nice. Now when she comes, I feel as though she is watching the clock a bit and is argumentative over the details of what needs cleaned. She still does a really nice job in the bathroom, but the rest of the work has gone down hill. I did not mind the price of her services, it was the arguments and the lack of attention to detail.

"I'm sorry that (removed member name) was not 100% satisfied with our last cleaning efforts. We have never cleaned her house on a regular basis and have actually only provided services to her maybe 3 times, and the size of her residence is only listed for us to warrant a 45 minute service for basic cleaning services. We strive to provide the best cleaning services to our customers always. We will view this as constructive criticism and continue as we always have to improve our cleaning services and customer services."

I have now used Galina and her team multiple times over the last few months, approximately every 3 weeks. Her team of 5 ladies is very efficient---they are able to complete in under an hour what would take one person hours. I always look forward to their coming, since it really refreshes my place each time. They are very easy to schedule, and Galina communicates quickly via text. I plan to continue using their services.

First time - did a great job. Missed some minor things - like emptying the trash in 2 upstairs rooms.
Second time - Spent less than 1 hour. The job her crew did the second time was nowhere near as thorough as the first time.
Sink not cleaned, counter not cleaned, range not cleaned (and I clean it myself every night), dirt on the kitchen table, living room not dusted completely, and the floor was not damp-mopped as promised and done the first time. Also, when she was scoping the job out, I asked that she sweep the stairs to the basement and vacuum an approximately 64-foot area in the middle of the basement (I live in a small house). She did this the first time out, but not the second. When I asked her about it she reluctantly got one of her crew to sweep the steps, and said she would charge extra for it and the vacuuming.
I spent about 20 minutes getting the house up to par with the first cleaning she did.
All in all, I was very disappointed. We have decided to clean the house ourselves, since I have had such bad luck with the people I have hired recently.

"I am disappointed by the Customer's comment about our cleaning which was performed by 5 professional cleaning ladies. I was approached by the Customer after cleaning was done to have an additional cleaning (basement & basement steps) which is not included in basic cleaning. I am surprised that the Customer was confused about basic and deep cleaning, as we discussed with her before first cleaning. Very disappointing to hear about kitchen items, because after we cleaned kitchen, the Customer & her husband decided to have a breakfast and we are not able to clean kitchen twice! We did empty every waste basket and the Customer was pleased & made a comment that another cleaning company didn't empty trash, they replaced items and she can't find it,they switched the electrical breaker in a basement....... The house is around 2500 sq feet. We just replaced her other cleaning service and maybe it is the best for her to clean their house themselves because nobody will be able to meet her needs."

I told them what I wanted them to do and they listened and did the job well. The only problem was that the person was too short to be able to clean my 12' high ceilings which I really needed done.

The owner is Galina. She has excellent leadership skills, excellent communication skills, is very respectful, focused, extremely responsible, punctual and hard working. She comes with 5 or 6 other women who are equally excellent. They leave the house sparkling clean.

It was just a one-time thing but if I needed cleaning again I would be sure to give them a call. They were very efficient and did not charge an excessive price. They did a very good job and it was one person that came out. They were very good about keeping in touch. They let me know when they were coming and when they finished. They kept me apprised of their progress.

Galina does a wonderful job, always keeps us informed, and is consistently professional. We've recommend her to several friends and always get big thanks from them for making the recommendation because she does a wonderful job for them as well. One of the people we've recommended her to is the Director of Housekeeping at a high end Center City of Philadelphia hotel. He definately knows a good housekeeper and he has been very happy with her. I feel lucky to have found her.
