Barley was the best, and I could not have asked for a better resolution to my computer problems. My computer was unusable, and I called the next morning and he was very prompt in returning my call. Since I have a 20-monthold who is on a nap schedule, he was able to drive to my house himself to pick up my computer that afternoon and take it back to work on. He was able to repair all of the damage and then some (update certain things on my computer to the latest versions like Firefox, Adobe, and Java). This was all able to be completed in one day and I was able to pick up my computer the next morning. He gave me a price range in the beginning, and was very fair and honest when he came in at the low end of the range. I cannot thank him enough for his work and would highly recommend him should you have any kind of similar problems with your computer.
