 + -1 moreI cannot emphasize enough how impressed my husband and I are with this company. This experience has been absolutely outstanding all the way from our initial contact to the completed work and the follow up. We hired them based on the initial estimate- which was not only cheaper than the other 3 we received, but accompanied by really professional and caring communication and attention to detail from the beginning. Jim Birkinshaw (along with a small crew) was there promptly on the morning that we had scheduled him to be, and got to work right away, covering traffic areas with drop cloths, and even some furniture to ensure nothing got damaged. They worked diligently and got done in just 1 day and the work was impeccable. There was no damage to anything. The basement was left so clean that I could actually walk barefoot in it afterwards. Jim even followed up with us to be sure it had met our expectations. We are now hiring him again for additional work to be done. Truly superior service!
Description of Work: We had hired a contractor to finish our basement when we first purchased our home. We recently found out that the original contractor didn't do the work up to code- and in fact, some of what was done was outright dangerous. It was a terrible situation. We received several estimates from other contractors to remove the work he had done. We hired All Seasons to demo the work and remove everything that was done. This involved removing drywall, framing, ceiling grids, a closet and a bar. It was a major production to rip all of this stuff down. Jim from AllSeasons and a few guys came in and ripped everything down, hauled it away without damaging any part of the house on the way out, and left us with exactly what we had asked for, a clean totally unfinished basement- all within just ONE day. They cleaned up all evidence that any work had been done- it was amazing. They even cleaned up outside to ensure there were no nails, etc. left in front of the house on the street.
