I cannot emphasize enough how impressed my husband and I are with this company. This experience has been absolutely outstanding all the way from our initial contact to the completed work and the follow up. We hired them based on the initial estimate- which was not only cheaper than the other 3 we received, but accompanied by really professional and caring communication and attention to detail from the beginning. Jim Birkinshaw (along with a small crew) was there promptly on the morning that we had scheduled him to be, and got to work right away, covering traffic areas with drop cloths, and even some furniture to ensure nothing got damaged. They worked diligently and got done in just 1 day and the work was impeccable. There was no damage to anything. The basement was left so clean that I could actually walk barefoot in it afterwards. Jim even followed up with us to be sure it had met our expectations. We are now hiring him again for additional work to be done. Truly superior service!
