I called Tim on Monday to give us an estimate to replace the cracked window. He came by that day to look at the window and called me by the end of the day to give me an estimate. We scheduled for him to come the next day to remove the window, put up plywood, and install the new window once it was available. He came by the house within the timeframe that he scheduled and had already spoken with a glass cutter so that he could give me the cost of the new window. He was able to complete the job by the end of the day. He has been a pleasure to work with.
