It went great. I was contacted right away. I purchased the deal over the weekend and Mr Electric had someone out to us by Thursday. I liked the scheduling option. I bought the big deal : $55 for $249 worth of work. It was worth every penny. I spent approx $10 extra dollars for the extra otlet, otherwise I wouldn't have spent the whole $249. Ben was the "Mr Electric" electrician. He was very professional, quick, polite, and I will definitely be contacting Mr Electric in the future for additional work.

Benjamin, the tech, arrived and immediately got to work replacing our porch, side door and back deck lights. He then found the problem with the doorbell and fixed that and then did an inspection which found a faulty circuit breaker, which he replaced. This is the second time he has provided services for us and we are really pleased with his work and professionalism.

I thought their charge was high for the limited amount of work that was done. The service man did an excellent job and was very pleasant and professional, but the charge was too high.  I had planned to have more work done, but could not afford it.

I purchased the big deal ($69 for electrical inspection and one hour of work) and was very pleased with the experience.  The company called to schedule the service and within two days an electrician was at my door.  He checked the entire house for any electrical issues and gave me an estimate for services I inquired about.  Even though my dining room chandelier needed an extra man and additional time, they did not charge me since it was part of the big deal.  They then were able to stay and complete some of the other electrical work I requested as the prices were reasonable.  Since there were no existing electrical fixtures for the sconces, they had a drill up from the basement into the dining room.  They measured and ensured the sconces were aligned correctly.  The also had a drill a hole in my daughter's bedroom ceiling for her chandelier as there was no existing light fixture.  They cleaned up any mess the drilling made and even wore foot protectors when coming back into the house from the truck.  Very professional throughout process and I  would use again.

It went well.  He was professional, personable, and honest about items that did and did not require repair. He provided options for items that did need repair.  There was some confusion about the Big Deal applying only to a single visit; i.e., if he needed to get parts and come back another day then the Big Deal was not applicable.  As it was, he had the part he needed so the issue became irrelevant.  I suggest making that clear in future Big Deal offers.

Good first impressions, from appearance of truck ,to the pleasant  demeanor of B Martin and his crisp clean uniform. After a short introductory discussion, Mr. Martin got right to work with the inspection. He showed me the condition of the rusting breaker box. he didn't push for the immediate replacement, nor pressure for the installation of the surge protector. While i considered his presentation, he began work on the smaller tasks listed above.  When I told him I decided to have the box replaced and the surge protector installed, he told me he could do it that very day. He was a focused, methodical worker. He finished around three PM., cleaning the workspace before he left. Good work, Mr. electric!

They guy that did the work was great. He knew what he was doing and you couldn't even tell he had been here when he was done.  I talked to other electricians and told them what we were charged for the work. They said that we were over charged.

I was disappointed in that I had several tasks in mind.  I only had the electrician do one of the jobs for the price.  During the process he knocked over and broke a smoke/carbon monoxide detector.  He did, however, took the price of the detector off the total bill.

The electrician, Ben, was friendly, courteous and very professional. He assessed the work and gave me an estimate and an explanation of what needed to be done and what my options were. He completed the work efficiently, again explained what he had done, and reviewed the bill with me - it was exactly as estimated. I will definitely call them again if needed.

It went very well.  The electrician that did the work, Ben, arrived promptly and introduced himself.  He listened to my issues with our current lighting and then made suggestions as to where to place the recessed lights. He covered the floor with drop cloths.  He completed the work within 2 to 2-1/2 hours.  He tested the lights and made sure I was happy with the lighting and then cleaned up the limited drywall and insulation dirt/dust.

We purchased another coupon from the Big Deal list , giving us $249 worth of electric work for $49. I made an appointment and the technician was right on time ! He explained what i could get done and immediately went to work. He had to put a new switch ,run electrical lines and cut out the boxes for the lights, then position and hang the lights securely on both sides of our garage door. My wife and I had purchased the lights a year earlier to illuminate our driveway and garage area. We are very pleased with the result.

First of all Ben was on time. I have hired a few "pieces of work??" on Craig's List and was very disappointed.  He was polite, asked me about what I wanted to have done.  He listened and also added great suggestions to save me money!  Can you believe it,  SAVE ME MONEY!  I want nothing to do with any other electrician.   This is the go to guy for me from now on.  He went straight to work to get the job done.  The finished product was exactly what I wanted, needed, and I am extraordinarily happy.  Thanks Ben.

Great!  Everything was done in a reasonable time, at reasonable cost and in a highly professional manner.  Communication was way above average.  They had a call for an emergency need for another client and this was explained with enough detail so that it was clear that they needed to fix the other client's problem as a priority because of the safety risk involved with their problem, so I agreed with their choice to reschedule my work.  I have enough knowledge of what needed to be done to do the jobs I requested to know that the work was done very well and very efficiently.  I am very happy with the results and wish I had installed the ceiling fan years ago.
